I built my agency Krit to over $1M in revenue and sold it before I turned 30. I know what it's like to take on any project that pays the bills, to over-deliver on every engagement, and to wonder what it's going to take to finally make the business work.

I also dealt with panic attacks for years while running my agency. I'd fall into thought patterns where every slow month meant the business was dying, every lost deal meant I was a fraud, and every hard conversation with a client or team member felt like it might break the whole thing.

Now I help agency owners build the positioning, sales process, operational discipline, and mental compassion to grow past $1M in revenue — profitably and happily.

How it works

We meet twice a month for a one-hour session. These calls are where we dig into whatever is most pressing — your positioning, a deal you're trying to close, a pricing change you're afraid to make, an operational problem, or the spiral you've been in all week about whether any of this is worth it.

Between sessions, you have async access to me via ClarityFlow. Send me a question, a voice note, a draft of a proposal — whatever you need. I respond within 24 hours. This is where a lot of the real work happens. You don't have to wait two weeks to get unstuck.
